ACLU GREED

GREED

[Don't kid yourselves~~~~~It's always about the MONEY.]

by Bill Fancher from Agape Press

...A Christian leader in Washington is angry over the American Civil Liberties Union's decision to sue one of the most impoverished school districts in the U.S. in order to be reimbursed for court costs.
National Clergy Council director Rob Schenck notes that the ACLU, after winning a Ten Commandments case in Adams County, Ohio, did not stop there. Outraged, he says, "The ACLU went back to court and sued again, demanding that the school district in one of the poorest counties in Ohio -- where there is almost a nine percent unemployment rate and 17 percent of the people live under the poverty line, made up mostly of farmers, retirees, and laborers -- that this school district which is cash-strapped pay the ACLU's legal bills." The liberal civil liberties organization won that lawsuit as well, and was awarded $80,000. Schenck calls the action "obscene," especially since the ACLU took in more than $150 million in contributions last year and has an investment fund of $180 million.
